What was originally only a few days work soon turned into a much larger project, and to ensure that the developers work was dealt with smoothly and efficiently we have assigned one of our highly trained surface repair technicians as a full time site foreman, working in partnership with the developer to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and the developers time scales.
With this permanent site presence, we can maintain correct technician levels to keep up with the repairs quickly, and have a single route to report back what is done, and what is left.
