Repair technicians pass Certified Ladder training

The safety of our staff, and those around them, is of paramount importance to Mark West, Damage Doctor’s Managing Director.

Falls from height are biggest killer in the UK construction industry, and falls from ladders rate high in this area with 14 deaths a year on average attributed to falling from a ladder (*over 6 years to 2013).

Mark wanted to ensure the safety of his staff and put in place a training plan so all repair technicians employed by Damage Doctor not only had training, but a recognised and certified training certificate.

Today we are proud to announce that all Damage Doctor Mobile Repair Technicians have passed the Ladder Association Training Competence Certificate.

Well done to all our staff who completed the training. This is now a part of our unique training plan for all Mobile Repair Technicians and anyone joining the company in this role will be required to pass this training, as well as SSSTS, First Aid and obtain their CSCS card.

Mark commented ‘With this investment in our Mobile Repair Technicians our customers know that not only are they getting the very best repairs and service, but they are getting it from a fully trained, qualified and safe technicians.
