Mark
West
Mark and his father started Damage Doctor in 2006 after many years working as sole traders in surface repair and restoration. Since starting the company, he has pushed to improve repair quality, customer service, and staff training, to be the best in the industry.
In his spare time he enjoys travel and the outdoors.
Siobhan
West
Siobhan joined Damage Doctor May 2022 and has previously worked in customer care and spreadsheet analysis positions. She has been able to transfer both these skill sets to her current position managing our busy department to ensure all work is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, attending music events and travelling back to Ireland to see family and friends.
Carolyn
Walker
Carolyn joined Damage Doctor in May 2023 after working for over 10 years as an Administrator in the Care Industry.
She has brought with her many transferable skills and enjoys the challenge of her role as Operations Coordinator.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and reading.
Tillie
Rumbold
I decided to start a career with Damage Doctor after finding a passion for customer service. I have found I take joy in helping customers with their repair needs and being part of the solution. The training at Damage Doctor is helping me enhance my skills and understanding of my role, helping me improve the service I provide to our customers.
In my free time, I enjoy gaming, spending time with family and friends and walking, bonus points if it’s walking dogs!
Brenda Cornwell
Brenda started her career in banking and after having her children she studied for the AAT qualification. She has worked in practice and industry, industry being my preference.
She joined Damage Doctor in 2021 and deals with the day to day company accounts. The role is busy and challenging but enjoyable.
In her spare time she is a member of a local choir and is planning to get back into target archery.
Ryan
Cuthbert
Ryan started in 2015 looking for a change of career after working towards management in retail. Ryan worked his way to the position of Senior Supervisor in 2019 and is now responsible for training new technicians and testing new products. Since taking the role he has worked closely with Mark to push for the best products and new techniques to maintain Damage Doctors high level of quality.
In his spare time Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and also painting and gaming with miniature models.
Daniel Patterson
Dan joined Damage Doctor in 2015 after working as a vehicle repair technician.
He brought his skills over from the vehicle repair industry and has improved on what he had and learned many new skills in the surface repair trade. Also having a business building aquariums he had very good customer care service experience.
In his spare time he enjoys martial arts, traveling and spending time with his son
Stuart Stringer
Stuart joined Damage Doctor in 2020 with 10 years surface repair experience.
He has a City and Guilds served with Volkswagen Audi in paint spraying. He also had a plastering company in the south London area before getting into surface repairs.
Outside of work Stuart enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family.
